Our apologies! Our land line has been down off and on for the last week. Many folks remembered Dennis's cell phone so we were able to help some of you during this early and overly enthusiastic snowfall (primarily Lake Alyson where the backhaul radio's couldnt handle the subfreezing temperatures and we had to go out and replace the radios as soon as we got chains on our van. roofs are such fun in the snow :P but folks needed their internet so we went up anyway). Verizon says our line should be back up and running by tuesday at 6pm, hopefully they're right! So for anyone who has internet issues and managed to get online at a friends or the library or whatnot, dont forget our email addresses: sales@thunderbirdbroadband.net and service@thunderbirdbroadband.net to get in touch with us and our phones are down.
