Thank you
I just want to congratulate you guys on the recent service over the last few months...major improvement! The connection has been steady and fast enough for my needs (even though I'm still only getting half, or slightly less, of the advertised speed). Thanks!

Re: Thank you
Sorry but I'm not going to congratulate anyone for mediocrity. Speeds and connectivity did improve...for about 3 weeks. Things are back to "normal" now. I can't even manage 2 mbps and service drops constantly. Hell, even while typing this service dropped twice. Too bad it's the only game in town...for now. If I could live with dial-up I'd do it.

Re: Re: Thank you
I have been with t-bird literally since day one. It is the only game in town so I guess we must live with the "issues" every now and then. I got a chuckle out of the fact that the "News" section of this site has not been updated for 3 years ! I really liked the one week, maybe it was only a couple of days where I was getting 15mb down and 9mb up(speedtest.net), yee haw. But that was short lived. On average, I get about 3 down, 1.5 up, which is OK with me. I still think it is way better than dial up or Satellite. Just my $.02.

If you are still having issues, please contact me so we can resolve them for you, or at least find out why you may be getting poor speeds.
